* Regardless of the circumstances, please note that any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original scheduled time will incur the full price of the services booked.
* For appointments lasting longer than 2.5 hours, cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the original scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the price of the services booked.
* Additionally, please understand that due to the nature of our work, tardiness can disrupt our schedule. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel it. Any services not completed due to late arrival will unfortunately incur a cancellation fee.
