⊹⊱ Cancellation/Reschedule Policy ⊰⊹

Any Appointment cancelled or rescheduled in 24 hours of the original scheduled time will be charged the full price of services you scheduled for. Appointments that take longer than 3 hours cancelled or rescheduled in 48 hours of the original scheduled time will be charged a 50% of a price of services you scheduled for because we are a small salon and our business depends on being able to service as many clients as we can. Please also be aware that It is often difficult to accept late arrival due to the nature of our work. We may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are late for more than 20 minutes. The cancellation/reschedule policy above will also be applied in which case.

If you are not satisfied with any service you received, you may contact us within 7 day of your visit. We will schedule your appointment for an adjustment necessary.

⊹⊱ Refund for services ⊰⊹

Please note that all services rendered to our clients as well as fees/ charges incurred due to violation of our cancellation and/or reschedule policy, and charges due to in- salon service change are non-refundable.

⊹⊱ Return for products ⊰⊹

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt for return or exchange. If the product you have received is defective or damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

The product has to be unopened and undamaged. you may contact us within 7 days of receipt.
