シニアスタイリストによる技術指導あり。
全スタイリスト合同での定期的な練習会、撮影会あり。

There are three main things that we place the most importance on.

We always try to be the best at what we do, especially when it comes to design. In order to achieve this, we have in-salon discussions on techniques, do photo shooting for each season, and attend seminars together, so that we can constantly challenge ourselves to incorporate new techniques. We are always striving to work with care, responsibility, and pride in what we create.
【Respectful Relationships】
We respect each other because each of us is self-motivated, cares for our colleagues, can be ourselves, and can discuss how to improve each other.
We don’t think there is any need to be stressed out because you are somehow demotivated by a nearby colleague with low enthusiasm, or because you are unreasonably pushed around by your boss’s ideas. Wouldn’t it be great if you could put all of your deepest motivation and passion for beauty and still receive a fair evaluation and work comfortably? That is what we aim to be.

【Recruitment test】
Practical skill test and interview.
Training period of about 3 months.
(In some cases, there may be no training or a shortened training period.)
【Salary and Raise】
Hourly wage $15 (during training period)
Commissions: 40%
(Minimum hourly wage is guaranteed)

2% UP for every $3000 increase
Tips are managed by each stylist.
【Visa and Cosmetology License】
Priority is given to those who have a visa and license to work legally in the United States. We can also assist you in obtaining a visa and cosmetology license, so please contact us.
【Technical support】
There is technical guidance by senior stylists for you.
There are regular practice sessions for all stylists to improve their technical skills and seasonal website shooting.
【Schedule】
Full time, part time, etc. are available flexibly.
