After you made an appointment for any color services, we’ll reach out to you via email that asks to send some reference photos of color you’re looking for and your current hair color.
We need them to see if the time duration we have for you is long enough.
We may have to ask you to reschedule depending on what color your current hair is and what color you’re looking to get.
Please be advised that failure to provide all informations we asked will result in canceling your appointment so please get back to us as soon as you find our email.
