Whatever the reason is, any appointment cancelled or rescheduled in 24 hours of the original scheduled time will be charged the full price of services you scheduled for.
Appointments that take longer than 2 and a half hours cancelled or rescheduled in 48 hours of the original scheduled time will be charged a 50% of a price of services you scheduled for because we are a small salon and our business depends on being able to service as many clients as we can. Please also be aware that It is often difficult to accept late arrival due to the nature of our work. We may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are late more than 20 minutes from your original appointment.
The cancellation/reschedule policy above will also be applied in which case.
Any services not completed due to late arrival unfortunately result in a cancel fee as well.
